Parking
Tenants and their guests are entitled, in accordance with the lease agreement, to use the parking area located on the Viimsi side of the building as well as the parking spaces on the basement level (a total of 107 spaces) throughout the year.
Free parking is available on Mähe-Kaasiku Road, which runs parallel to the building, and in the parking area located at the Pirita-side end of the building. Parking conditions in these areas are regulated by the City of Tallinn.
