Our guiding principle when planning leased premises was that the working environment should be both functional and inspiring. The building has a total of 4400 m2 available for lease. All rooms are equipped with modern standard solutions that prioritise the requirements and needs of outpatient care. Visiting the M33 will be convenient for both locals and visitors alike thanks to its logistically good location with efficient public transport and well-designed light traffic roads. Lessees and their visitors will have year-round access to a total of 107 parking spaces in the enclosed car park next to the building and in the basement, as well as an additional 64 public parking spaces right next to the building, and parking is also available on the city street.

We respect individual needs and a personal approach, which is why we encourage commercial lessees to have a say in the design of their leased premises. As far as specific medical technology solutions are concerned, our commercial tenants are free to act as they see fit.
