What we use cookies for
- Google Analytics – user data is saved for the purpose of collecting user statistics. In addition, user IPs are saved in Google Analytics data. Statistics provide us with an overview of user behaviour by highlighting the website’s shortcomings and allow us to make the web more personal and user-friendly in the long term.
What we do with the information we collect
We use the information we collect for the purpose of providing the service. As such, we do not collect data that is not necessary for providing the service. User information is available, when needed, to:

- the body administering the website;
- andthe bodies dealing with contracts
All associated partners share similar principles and keep and use the personal data of users according to the same principles. To protect the users’ interests, personal data is handled only under contract.
When collecting statistical data, we consider the user’s interest in a more user-friendly service and a website that runs smoothly. How and when we share data
Skanton is an international service provider. By using our services, you agree that your data may be used for the purpose of providing services outside your home country.
User information is exclusively accessible to the user and the body administering the website.
Skanton shares user data with official authorities if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the user is acting with malicious intent towards the company or other users.
In other cases, we share personal data with third parties only if we have the consent of the person whose data is being forwarded.
How long we store user information
Data are actively used with the client’s interests in mind and for a period during which use of the data is necessary for providing the service. In consideration of the client’s interests, the period for storing data does not have a time limit. Data are deleted on the basis of a client’s written request submitted to tonu@ulemistearimaja.ee. We implement the data deletion process in all relevant systems, including the back-up copies held by us and our partners.
Your rights as a user in regard to managing your data
As a client you have the right to access your personal data by submitting a respective request to tonu@ulemistearimaja.ee . You cannot access personal data if this right is limited by legislation.
The user has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, except for the cases where personal data processing is permitted without Your consent pursuant to law. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you feel that your personal data is not being processed in accordance with contractual terms or legislation, you have the right to request that the company providing the service, Skanton, terminate the processing of and access to your personal data and delete the data collected.
